ECU software work on New Holland and Case IH tractors and an Iveco truck in the workshop

On Case IH models the engine control unit is recalibrated from the tractor's own original file. Services with verified solutions for Case IH in our library: Stage 1 Remap, DPF Delete, EGR Delete and AdBlue / SCR Delete.

The ECU models we work on in Case IH tractors include BOSCH MD1CS069, BOSCH EDC7UC31, BOSCH EDC17C49 and BOSCH EDC17CV41. The ECU type varies with model year and engine; send us a photo of the ECU label or the vehicle details and we will confirm exactly which services are possible.

The result depends on the engine and on the power rating of the tractor within its series. The calibration respects cooling, transmission and PTO limits, and the original software is archived.

Frequently asked questions

Which software services are available for Case IH tractors?

Services with verified solutions for Case IH in our library: Stage 1 Remap, DPF Delete, EGR Delete and AdBlue / SCR Delete. We confirm which of them apply to your tractor from the file, according to its ECU type.

How do I find out which ECU my Case IH tractor has?

Case IH models use control units such as BOSCH MD1CS069, BOSCH EDC7UC31, BOSCH EDC17C49 and BOSCH EDC17CV41. The exact type is read from the label on the ECU or with a diagnostic tool; a photo of the label is enough.

Can I return to the original software afterwards?

Yes. Your original software is archived and your Case IH tractor can be returned to factory settings whenever you wish.

How long does the job take?

Most ECUs are read and written through the diagnostic socket and the job is finished the same day; some units are removed and processed on the bench.

Will a reset clear the AdBlue warning?

After the tank is refilled, the warning goes out by itself on most machines. If it stays on after topping up, the cause is usually the NOx sensor, pump, heater or level sensor; a reset alone does not last, and the warning and power reduction return. The fault memory is read first and the source identified.

The machine keeps asking for a parked regeneration. What does that mean?

It means the soot load in the filter is rising faster than normal. The reason is usually the way the machine is used (long idling, low load) or a fault in the injectors, EGR or differential pressure sensor. Rather than starting regeneration again and again, the cause needs to be diagnosed.

The machine is losing coolant. Could it be related to the EGR?

It could. When the EGR cooler leaks internally, coolant passes to the exhaust side; coolant drops without any visible leak and white smoke may come from the exhaust. This is a mechanical fault and software does not fix it; the cooler is repaired or replaced. The software solution is for EGR faults caused by the valve and sensors.
